Lesson Plans Chicago Public Schools This is a structured lesson that includes activities, worksheets, and assessment (Day 65). Hurricane Force Students use a USA today graphic that gives the windspeed and pounds per square foot to create a scatterplot that shows the quadratic increase in force as windspeed increases. Resources: Quadratic Solver An online applet that solves using the quadratic formula. SOS Math This site is an online tutorial that explains many of the concepts in Algebra 2. It includes exercises. MathsNet This is an online tutorial that describes the discriminant. It has an interactive discriminant calculator and a grapher. Worksheets This site has links for a lot of worksheets related to this objective. You get about 15 questions per worksheet without joining.
