Money and Banking.
By utilizing the Internet, the students will search for up-to-date information describing the different types of money that are used in the United States and in different countries.

Banking Services.
Provide students with practice in comparing and evaluating various banking services including checking and savings accounts, ATM/check cashing cards, and online banking. Perform the tasks associated with maintaining checking and savings accounts.

Reflections on Pine Gulch.
Students learn basic banking principles through the use of a narrative. It provides an interesting approach to showing how banks "create" money, what reserves are, and what a "run" on a bank.
