. 8.2:  Contrasting monetary, cost-push, and demand-pull inflation

Lesson Plans:

Money and Inflation. 
Students experience demand-pull inflation while gaining insight into three major sources of the ''too many dollars" which chase after the "too few goods and services.

Creating a Student price Index.
The purpose of this activity is to give students a hands-on understanding of a price index, how it is composed, what it is used for and some of its limitations. They can then make the connection to some of the popular price indices such as the Consumer Price Index and the Producer Price Index.
