Students will learn about the beginning of the Reformation in Europe. Students will investigate various readings, maps, drawings, and pictures to discover how Martin Luther began this revolutionary religious movement.

Martin Luther's Reformation In Hugo's The Hunchback of Notre Dame
Through writings of Victor Hugo and Martin Luther, students discover the Catholic Church's abuse of power during the late Middle Ages and the early Reformation.

A Picture is Worth A Thousand Words A Web Quest: 
When Luther lit the fire of the Protestant Reformation, he fanned the flames using persuasive images disguised as art. Students learn how propaganda is used to raise awareness, influence thoughts and feelings, and generate opinions.

Rock n Roll and the Protestant Reformation?
