For this WebQuest students are working in teams or all together (for younger students), to gather clues to determine if chocolate chip cookies should be eliminated from our diets. Students will gather facts and display data to report on the entire teams results.

Solar System Adventure
Students will learn about the solar system through Internet sites linked to this lesson, and write a science fiction story based on what they discover.

Writers Workshop
Fiction-writing lessons from the Teachers and Writers Collaborative.

Writing Folktales
Students write an original folktale using the writing process, and then illustrate their tale and create a storybook.
